Position is a broad role covering legal
matters across a number of areas.
Responsibilities will be far reaching and
include drafting and negotiating an array of
commercial contracts from customer
development agreements to franchise,
marketing, sponsorship, licensing and
purchase agreements to managing legal risk,
litigation and ensuring the company's
patents and trademarks are protected. Manage
external counsel in multiple jurisdictions
and keep abreast of changes in labor law.
This is a superb opportunity for a 5 year +
company/commercial lawyer to influence the
decisions that really matter and tangibly
contribute to the company's success.
Compensation range will be $88,368 -
$88,542/yr.

Human Resources Manager: |
|

Position encompasses providing information
to employees & applicants, regarding
personnel policies, procedures, practices,
and decisions.
Candidate must possess
3-years of Human Resources experience.
Applicant will assist the Board of
Directors with the administration of the
companies Health and Safety program. Assist
with the administration of organizations
401k Compensation programs. Organize
and maintain a variety of automated and
manual personnel records systems and safety
statistical records and prepares related
technical reports and data summaries.
Represent the Human Resources Department in
State, County &
City wide committees and task forces as
necessary.
Compensation range will be $64,125 - $64,478/yr.

Field Technician
Supervisor: |
|
-
Position
entails monitoring the BRCellular Phone
Network, Coordinating Field Service Calls
with our Technical Staff & ensuring the smooth
running of the BRCellular Call Center
operations.
Candidate must
possess 3-years of management experience,
familiarity with MS Windows 2000/XP and MS
Office 2003 Pro product suite, general
knowledge of networking and configuration.
Candidate must be familiar with operating &
managing a PBX phone network. Must be able to lift at
least 50 lbs. Compensation range will be $62,426
- $62,559/yr.

Field Technician: |
|
-
Position encompasses providing support and basic
troubleshooting of software and hardware
problems to BRCellular Phones, Kiosks or
other telecommunications equipment.
Candidate must possess experience &
familiarity with RF, wireless, and microwave
technologies. Have an understanding of sweep
testing of antennas and microwave dish
equipment. This is an On-Call position. Employee
will be required to respond to Customer Support
calls, Kiosk Repairs, or
other functions deemed necessary by other
BRCellular staff. BRCellular will
provide a company vehicle & necessary
troubleshooting equipment & software.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Compensation range will be $55,234 -
$55,974/yr.

Account Executives: |
|

Position entails developing & maintaining
close relations with local business
community in order to fulfill client’s needs
more effectively. Discussing with clients
their products, services and advertising
requirements; setting up meetings with
clients and other company staff. Liaising
between client and management by maintaining
regular contact with both and ensuring that
communication flows effectively. Presenting
campaign plans to clients for approval or
modification & helping to secure new
business opportunities. Compensation range will be
$45,635
- $45,872/yr.

Helpdesk Technician: |
|

Position will encompass assisting all
customers with their questions about any of
our supported Hardware, Software,
Accessories and Network Infrastructure, in a
professional and courteous manner.
Responsible for ensuring customer
satisfaction in every step of problem
resolution. Staff members are required to
track detailed information about each
customer's service need in an on-line
database & follow-up with all customers to
ensure that their needs have been met. Compensation
range will be $41,545 - 41,693/yr.
